Shipping Policy

We know you want to get your hands on your order as soon as possible, we’ll get it moving quickly.

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays and busy seasonal periods.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be dispatched together once all items are ready. This will be made clear at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

We hope you enjoy your RGF order. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and returned in the original condition, all with original tags and labels attached.

To request a return please email contact@restinggymface.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We’ll arrange the appropriate replacement or refund of the product.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
